Located on the second level, this condominium offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a screened porch, smart TV, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, and comfortable furnishings. Both bathrooms are tiled. One has a tub/shower and the other has a shower only. There is a designated covered parking space as well as guest parking on the street.

Casa de Respiro is within walking distance of the Highlands Nature Center, The Hudson Library, churches, restaurants, Performing Arts Center, Main Street, Highlands, and more.

This unit is limited to a one-month rental per HOA rules.
No pets are allowed
No grills are allowed.

When you book your reservation through VRBO/Homeaway, the Property Manager handling this property will be notified by VRBO/Homeaway that a reservation has been made.
You will be asked to enter your credit card information, but you will not be charged for your reservation at this time. You WILL be charged a nominal service fee by VRBO/Homeaway. The fee is between you and VRBO/Homeaway; the property manager has nothing to do with the fee.
After the property manager has been notified of your reservation, you can rest assured this property is being held for you. You are booked.
The property manager will email you a lease. The lease will need to be reviewed, signed and returned to the property manager. If you haven’t received a lease within 72 hours it could be because the property manager/rental office is closed. (Operating hours are Mon-Fri 10-4) OR you may need to check your SPAM folder. Your lease will have options- usually the price you pay will be less than what is shown because all the options are listed.
The property manager/rental office for this property is a small-town business and we’ve been renting properties for over 30 years. We use VRBO/Homeaway for rental leads/reservations. A portion of your rental proceeds goes to VRBO/Homeaway for their service.
