Quiet Pines- Casual elegance comes easy with this three bedroom, two bath home nestled between Mirror Lake and downtown Highlands. All on one level and paved to the door makes it accessible for most any age. This home is warm and inviting with knotty pine paneling and wood floors throughout. Large great room has wood burning fireplace, large comfortable seating area, and TV. Dining area seats six and is next to the open kitchen. Mst. BR has king bed and private bath. Guest bedroom wing has two bedrooms- one with one Full size (DBL) and the other has 2 queens, those bedrooms share a full bath, with the larger BR having a private entrance to that shared bath.
The interior of this home is well planned for comfort with attention to detail and flows well to the exterior amenities which include: front deck with open wood burning fireplace, hidden rear enclave with hot tub, sauna, and man made waterfall. There is a charcoal grill with and patio area near the back door.

This home is in a great walking area- close to Mirror Lake, the Highlands Rec Park, dog park and trails, and downtown shopping.

Amenities included are: wireless internet, Cable TV, sauna, hot tub spa*, grilling area, indoor and out
door fireplace (firewood IS included with this rental) waterfall, walk to town (about 1.5 miles)
* $100.00 hot tub fee-prior arrangements must be made in order to use the hot tub! If for any reason you can not use the hot tub due to the hot tub not working, the hot tub fee will be refunded. No other refunds to the failure of the hot tub.

This home has a three- night minimum, except for HOLIDAYS AND SOME LOCAL EVENTS.
The rental app you are using may allow you to make two or three-night rentals during these times, but that doesn't mean the reservation will be honored.

It is our full intent to retain any renters gained by using third party sites (like VRBO) for future rentals, and possibly as future home owners as well.
