The rental app you are using may allow you to make two or three-night rentals during these times, but that doesn't mean the reservation will be honored.

All renters, no matter where they start will sign a vacation rental lease. It doesn't matter if you have already read, or agreed to any other kind of lease through the third party site (like VRBO). All vacation rental leases adhere to the NC Vacation Rental Agreement Act. When you sign the lease, which is between you (as renter) and Chambers Realty & Vacation Rentals (as Landlord on behalf of the property owner), you are agreeing to our terms. You will not be charge by us until you have seen the lease. If you have any questions about our policies or our lease you need to contact us, not the third party site (like VRBO). It is our full intent to retain any renters gained by using third party sites (like VRBO) for future rentals, and possibly as future home owners as well. Like all of the properties we manage, your reservation is contingent on being accepted by the owner or the property manager on behalf of the owner. We follow all guidelines with Federal and NC Fair Housing Laws, and will not discriminate against:

Warm and inviting with wormy chestnut paneling, wood floors, and vaulted ceiling. The open great room has a stone fireplace, flat screen TV, large hammered copper bar and comfortable sitting area. The large windows allow you to enjoy nature from inside, and the covered porch is an extension of the living area with comfortable seating and dining areas as well as a stainless gas grill, and gas fired fire pit. The split floor plan makes it great for a large family or a perfect getaway for a couple. The Master suite has a King bed, private tiled bath a flat screen TV and an entrance door to the covered deck. The laundry area is conveniently located between the great room and the Master suite. The guest wing has two bedrooms on the main level, one with a King bed, next to tiled hallway bath, flat screen TV and mountain view, the other one has a Queen bed, AND a King bed, private tiled bath, and flat screen TV. The lower level has the fourth bedroom which has a King bed, flat screen TV, VHS player,
private tiled bath and mountain view.This home offers wireless internet, and cell phone service for Verizon customers using the home's added cell tower.
This home sleeps 10 adults comfortably. but 8 for optimal privacy.

When my husband & I arrived the home it was nothing like daughter was coming with their 6 month old baby. We called Old Edwards Inn crying, they referred us to Chambers. Within 15 min. We were placed in a gorgeous home. More $ but at that point I didn’t care!!
